4WardFocus is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting justice-involved families and communities. Our mission is to unlock and expand access to critical information, resources, and support, not just to give a second chance but the best chance to successfully move forward. 4WardFocus is also a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible in proximity to each opportunity to donate.
OUR VISION
Our Vision is to harness the power of a community that provides on-site support to residents and their families impacted by arrest and conviction histories in communities across Tennessee-connecting vital information, resources, services, and a village of supporters needed for the best chance to successfully move forward.Then, as those lives impact their families and community, we together will create a positive ripple effect in communities all over Tennessee.

We believe in the power of people to change. We are willing to work with those left behind without hope. Their healing and re-entry are often not achieved in a straight line — it can take years, with detours along the way. With the innovation of a mobile resource unit, we will assist justice-involved individuals by meeting them where they are, supporting them to rebuild their lives by BUILDING COMMUNITY around them, NOT PRISONS!
